Objectives
The programme objective is to facilitate realization of small and medium sized climate change projects through a partial risk-sharing facility with a possibility to provide partial guarantees, and loans/subordinated loans, and related TA expenditures.

Financing
NEFCO will be the implementing agency of the facility. Total programme financing amounts to EUR 10.0 million. Projects will be identified through NDF’s and NEFCO’s normal procedures and contacts. Project selection will be undertaken by the joint NDF-NEFCO investment committee chaired by NDF.
